1. Which data do I need for the login?

For the login into the member area you need the following data:

1. username
2. password

You received this data with your receipt via e-mail:

2. Where can I log in?

For logging in please click the yellow button (“click here to login to the member area”).

A window will open. Type in your username and password here.

3. Which data do I have to type in for the login?

For the login you need the following data:

1. username
2. password

Note: Take care of upper and lower case – otherwise a login will not be possible.

We recommend to copy your username as well as your password and to insert the data into the right boxes on the login page.

4. I forgot my password – what can I do?

In case you have forgotten your password, you can enquire it over the login page again.

After clicking “Lost password” you will be asked to type in the following data:

1. membershipkey
2. e-mail address

5. Where can I find my membershipkey?

The membershipkey has been communicated to you through your receipt.

After requiring your password with the membershipkey you will receive an information e-mail – this e-mail contains the necessary data. With the username and password you can now log in into the member area.

6. I don’t know my membershipkey that I need for requiring my password – what can I do?

In case you don’t remember your membershipkey and therefore requiring the password over the login page is not possible our support will be pleased to help you. The different possibilities to contact our support are shown clearly on the login page:

Please let the support know as many data as possible:

  • your full name (first and surname)
  • your address
  • your date of birth
  • the e-mail address you used at registration
  • the offer where you want to log in into the member area
  • the payment data (bank or credit card data) you gave us at your registration
  • your telephone number (for possible callbacks)

Our support will try to send you your login data as soon as possible! Please note: The more data you provide, the easier and faster our support can send you the required data!
